At Insurance Solutions Geelong we provide advice and assistance should you need to make a claim. Our dedicated claims officer is available during office hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday by calling our office on 5229 0061, or you can send an email to claims@insurancesolutionsgeelong.com.au.

In an emergency outside office hours you can call 0419 390 303.

If you know your insurance company and policy number, the following companies have 24 hour claim call centres:

CGU                            1800 812 040 or 1300 550 182

QBE Commercial            1800 819 332 or 1800 023 387(AH. emergency claims)

Australian Unity            1800 805 899
